Solved.
Here's the update:
I gind the issue and the solution.
The problem is the European server.
Just play against or boost with someone from America (North South and even Australia and similar) so connected to American servers and you'll gain wins and medals (and trophies) without a problem.
I did today with an Australian friend and another friend from Israel did it with a player from Argentina.
Quick because January is close!
