Need For Speed Unbound doesn't appear in EA App, there is no update for the app.

Hello, So I can't access my 10h trial with EA play because the game does show up in the app, every other trial works fine.

When I try to access it through the Xbox app, EA app loads up and goes to My Collection.

EA app ver. 12.61.0.5318

@xkbrfd401xei Do you not see the game in your collection? Or are you getting an error when trying to access the game?

@EA_Illium The game is literally non-existent in the app, Xbox app redirects me to EA/my collection.
But today I was able to access it through the game hub somehow after showing 404 no response.
Yey, it tells it's unavailable in my region although it is set to the US.
And no, it isn't in my collection.

Hi @xkbrfd401xei Thanks for this information can we try going through the following?

Check if your Xbox account and EA account are set to the same region

Allow Xbox and EA app clients through any firewall, disable any proxy servers or VPN

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Run both clients as admins, then check if the game appear available.

@xkbrfd401xei Hi did u fix it or what happened I still have the problem I did pretty much everything in steps still no sign for nfs unbound both regions of Xbox and ea app are on US so idk
