ok - so i forgot to mention what i have already tried:
1) sys req more than satisfy (I can play all other AAA games on this no issue (COD, Warzone, Cyberpunk and many others)
2) Tried the fix of deleting the DX12 file in the program folder - but all this does is prompt the EA app that the game needs o be repaired then it just puts that file back
3) Run as admin
4) Run in compatabilty mode
5) Uninstall, reboot then reinstall
6) Repair
7) Disable windows AV
none of these have worked for me
Mine just started working in the end mate i dont know what to say
