Community Manager@mcraddock23 This should have been resolved a while ago. If you are still running into the issue and none of the steps outlined on the thread have worked, please post a new thread on the EA app board and title it with the error you get.
As this post is old we have to lock it down so that we can start tracking new reports from players.
