INFO - Post Marked as Solution for Visibility

    Hi all,

For the players who are still experiencing this issue, please make sure that your internal system clock (for Windows, this can also be changed in the BIOS, please check your BIOS manual for this or contact your manufacturer) and your Windows/macOS clock are set to the correct date/time. For the Windows/macOS clock, please make sure that it has synced with the actual date/time.

Alternatively, you can try to add a time server in Windows/macOS settings (like time.nist.gov or us.pool.ntp.org) for a more accurate time.

How to Add a Time Server in Windows 10 and 11 & Re-Sync your System Time (click "Spoiler" to reveal info):

    Spoiler
    1. Open Control Panel:

      • Type “Control Panel” in the Start search bar and press Enter to open the Control Panel on your Windows 10/11 PC.
    2. Access Date and Time Settings:

      • In the Control Panel, type “Date and Time” in the search box and click on the corresponding result.
    3. Open Internet Time Settings:

      • Click on the ‘Internet Time’ tab.
      • Click the ‘Change Settings’ button.
    4. Select a Time Server:

      • In the Server field, select a time server from the drop-down menu, such as time.nist.gov.
      • Click the ‘Update now’ button.
    5. Handle Errors:

      • If you encounter an error, try using pool.ntp.org as the time server.
      • Click the ‘Update now’ button again.
    6. Synchronize with an Internet Time Server:

      • Ensure the checkbox labeled “Synchronize with an internet time server” is selected.
      • Click OK to save the settings.

How to Add a Time Server in macOS & Re-Sync your System Time (click "Spoiler" to reveal info):
