@archerstas304 I wish this helped. I've does all of that puls some. I know I've sunk over $800 isn't the Sims franchise over the years. Not EA is telling me I don't own it and never did.

2 years ago@ElvinZombi From experience, if you are not seeing the content on the account you logged in with, it is on a different account. Regardless if that be true for this one or not, the best thing to do is to contact live support so that they can locate the account that has the content on it.

I will have to ask them tomorrow how it could be somewhere else when this account is the only EA account I've ever had
i am not even going to bother 50 50 my cc because it isn't worth it.
I'll report back here tomorrow with my results. Whether the repair worked or I had to do live chat.
