PASSWORD RECOVERY LOOP!!!! HELP!!!!! URGENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am writing this on behalf of user @Player_qtrkcsbw. This user has spent HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON THE SIMS 4 and cannot log in to her EA account. When trying to log in, it says "Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password." But after resetting the password, it still shows the same error.

This user has tried logging in through Steam, Gmail, and Apple ID, and the login is unsuccessful EVERYTIME!!!!!

When trying to create a new account, it shows that the email address is already in use!!!!

SOMEBODY PLEASE.... PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.... HELP US!!!!

WE HAVE WASTED HOURS TOGETHER TRYING TO FIX THIS ISSUE!!!

The Beta AI support bot on EA's website is so unhelpful. There is not phone number to call, and when I did find a phone number, it was a Life Alert scam and now I'm worried my information has been compromised. 

Please... if you're reading this... have mercy on our souls and send help immediately. Let us know if anyone has resolved this and how.
