Having this issue right now. I can access EA Desktop on my alt account, but not on my main.. I think it's just an EA/account issue. Not sure what to do. Anyone been able to fix this?
I'm having the same issue as above, EA Desktop crashes on launch with my main account but it I don't have any problems with my secondary account. The only difference between them is that my main is linked to my Xbox Gamepass Ultimate account for EA Play. App recovery does nothing either, doesn't even sign me out.
Same here. I actually logged a separate thread in this forum called "EA Desktop App crashes when launching" and it's the same issue. I've got 2 EA accounts (the 2nd one was created when I initially tried to linked the Xbox account to the EA account. My Xbox account uses a hotmail.com adddress and it created an EA account with the same email) and the main account (my original one) crashes but the 2nd one doesn't.
