Does it work if you install Battlefield 4 with Origin? Because I have the same problem and it appeared while downloading Battlefield 4 with the EA Desktop App.

EA SPORTS FC™ Team@MuteStone I just download Battlefield 4 through EA Desktop and had it installed through Origin before and I didn't encounter this issue.

@EA_Jason I downloaded it only through EA Desktop and while it downloaded, the error occured. It happened while I've slept so I can't tell if something else happened that caused the error.
But I uninstalled EA Desktop and ran Origin after that. Then I've been able to launch games through Origin. After I played Battlefield 4 a little bit, I reinstalled EA Desktop and it starts normally again. Don't know yet if it's permanently or temporarily.- EA_Jason@MuteStone Let me know if you run into any more issues, seems like you've got it sorted for now and it might have been just a little hiccup.
