Hi @fkirenicus To confirm we haven't deleted any posts, I've merged these together because as you pointed out here. It seems to be a similar issue, apart of Community Managers moderating the forums is to merge similar posts together!
If you are not able to reply, Can you try going to help.ea.com and signing into the EA account that created the help case.
Select MY Cases in the top left > Select your most recent case tied to this > Select Resume case.

Hey @thatredgirl Thanks for sharing this information, I can pass this on to the team to be aware of.
I would recommend also reaching out to our support in case their was an issue with the account merger that's causing this.

@EA_Illium...and now EA Help have marked the case you asked me to create "duplicate case". Is this for real??
