Origin/ EA app keep switching my invisible status to in-game

Sometimes I want to play something alone without being nagged by friends to play what they want at that moment.

But since some times ago it seems that each time I launch a game such as fifa 23 Origin or ea app automatically switches me from invisible to "in-game" and has created at least a few awkward moments.

Is this a known issue? can I do anything on my side?
