Origin/EA games always lagging

I have been gaming for a long time, only 3 years on pc and i have always had a problem with games on origin/ea play, other games on steam/ Microsoft store/ Ubisoft work perfectly fine however when i play any game on origin i always get high packet loss high ping and mid latency... i have perfectly stable WIFI because i do speed tests regularly and don't see any problems, and other games run fine. 

I have had this problem with all EA Play games that i have played: Battlefield 1, Battlefield 4, Battlefield 5, Titanfall 2, Star Wars battlefront 2. I'm sure there is more but i just cant remember.

I could really use some help, i've turned off in-game overlay and stopped certain tasks from running, (only the ones i don't need) and I'm still really laggy on only EA/ Origin games.

My PC Specs:

- Ryzen 5 3600

- RTX 2060 SUPER

- 32GB RAM at 3600Mhz

- 2TB HDD

- 240GB SSD

I dont have any framerate issues in any of my games, i know my pc is perfectly capable, the only thing i could think about is my WIFI USB, its a plug in USB and it connects to WIFI at 2.4Ghz i think. Please help, ive been stuck on this problem for a very long time
