packs not downloading

packs not downloading this is the ea ticket as have reported several times now !
this is my hard earned money and conent wont download have cleared cache, run app as administrator, reinstalled app. NOTHING IS WORKING
just says download error, something went wrong
my internet is working fine, even tried doing it by connecting t mobile data just to chekc if was wifi and still nothing!
any ideas?
