Paid for expansion packs not in EA App
I bought a bunch of expansion packs and add-ons in 2020 through the Origin app. Redownloaded Sims 4 with the EA app on my new computer and the expansion packs are either not there or telling me to pay for them again. The app tells me to go to the games "Game Hub" when I look for them in the Library, but I have no clue where to find that. Mr Google told me to click the 3 dots in the corner of the game icon on the app and click "manage add-ons" but they aren't showing up there either. All other solutions I've found through Google the purchases could have been done on a different account but nope, impossible. I only have 1 EA account, and I can log into it through the Customer Portal website and I can see the packs that I've paid for (see screenshot).
Where can I find my games in the new EA App or how can I get in contact with someone to load them back into my base game?
