Payment issues
I am experiencing payment issues when I add my card details and also experienced crashing when opening pre-saved card details. I am trying to purchase the Sims4 masquerade bundle on the EA app, on a Macbook pro laptop M2. Please advise if this is a world wide issue or if it could only be an issue faced in South Africa / personally based on location or hardware.
Additionally, please add a feature to remove card details from being saved once added. I see there's no button to remove your card details in the design of the dashboard.

Please try clearing the app cache, running the program as an administrator, or performing a clean reinstallation.
If you’d like to remove a payment method, you can try the following steps:
- Open the EA app.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Select Manage to open your EA Account settings.
- Go to Payment Methods on the left side.
- Complete the security verification if prompted.
- Find the payment method you want to remove and select Delete.
