Payment issues

I am experiencing payment issues when I add my card details and also experienced crashing when opening pre-saved card details. I am trying to purchase the Sims4 masquerade bundle on the EA app, on a Macbook pro laptop M2.  Please advise if this is a world wide issue or if it could only be an issue faced in South Africa / personally based on location or hardware. 

Additionally, please add a feature to remove card details from being saved once added. I see there's no button to remove your card details in the design of the dashboard.

    Sorry to hear you’re running into a crash issue when trying to make a purchase through the EA app.

    Please try clearing the app cache, running the program as an administrator, or performing a clean reinstallation.

    If you’d like to remove a payment method, you can try the following steps:

    1. Open the EA app.
    2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.
    3. Select Manage to open your EA Account settings.
    4. Go to Payment Methods on the left side.
    5. Complete the security verification if prompted.
    6. Find the payment method you want to remove and select Delete.
