Community ManagerI keep getting this error everytime I open the EA app. I'm not able to contact EA for help through chat or email on their help site. I'm coming here to see if anyone has this issue or has found a fix. I saw some other posts that had this error and were resolved so I tried the suggestions and nothing worked.

-ive cleared my device cache
-ive tried to repair my ea app
-ive tried to do app recovery
win10
started in February
starting the game via the ea app or by clicking my sims4 icon on my screen
last time i spoke to an ea help genius 😁they told me to; thru my control panel -repair the app
if that didnt work to -unistall the ea app and reinstall it. i asked for a most currently updated ea app download link
and ever since i cannot get this ea app to launch to play anything
