Persistent Error Messsage After App Repair

So, for a couple of weeks now, every time I sign in to play a game, I am constantly getting interrupted by 

an error message. I'm sorry I don't have an image of one I can put up at this time. It always says "because of a persistent issue you will need to restart the app. I tried repairing the game twice. I don't know why it's doing this. Can anyone help me with this please? Thanks in advance
