When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) After buying the game
Summarize your bug hey, so the bug as i call it "Preparing Game" Loop. first started as i bought BF V and cloudnt see it in the Library. Got some help for EA Support and they managed to fix it from their side. After that I tried to launch the new game after downloading it, and then then I saw a massage from EA App Launching game and right after it "Preparing game" Loop for about 3 or 4 times. and not only on the new game, even on older games like BF4 and NFS. after that nothing happens, the app stays open, and the game not launched. tried everything, Reinstall the App. Clear Cache, delete all games and app, run as administrador, delete the app from Revo uninstaller or Windows app. now will try to do a clean boot as the EA Support told me. I hope I dont have to Format the PC, but I dont see any other option, been trying to fix this problem for a month and nothing works.
