    Hi all,

    Due to changes that went into the EA app and the frequent occurrence of incomplete purchases or logging into incorrect EA accounts, we have closed this thread and opened a new thread here: Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024).

All games that I have bought through EA itself is gone, if the game was bought through epic or steam its still there. I am on the right account, I have tried clearing cache and reinstalling the App. The games are still under my order history, but on the app its as if I never owned them.
