    Hi all,

    Due to changes that went into the EA app and the frequent occurrence of incomplete purchases or logging into incorrect EA accounts, we have closed this thread and opened a new thread here: Missing Games/DLCs in EA app Library (Feb. 2024).

I can not find EA FC 24 in my ea app library. I tried to open it from the shortcut and this error shows infort of me "this title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game login into a diffrent accout or restart the app to try again". I tried everything possible but there is nothing changed. I played this game since day 1 but i don't know what had happened.
