@PatSupreme at least you got a reply. I , too miss the CD version of games. I hate having to go to this app to play them. Especially when there is so many problems with them losing my paid purchases.

The especially stupid thing in my case is that I actually still have access to most of my Sims 3 content--thanks to Steam. That's where I had been buying those dlc before EA stopped selling them there completely (at least for a while). So if I get the itch to play the Sims, I'm better off just playing what I have on the platform of one of EA's rivals rather than worry about if EA is going to figure this out (and I'm certainly not buying any of the new Sims 4 dlc until this gets sorted out).

I lost many games too. And I used over all the years always the same account, so I'm 100% certain this isn't any error on my side. At this moment, the few games I still have in my library go only from B like Battlefield to M like Mass Effect 3 (2012). It's like an alphabet mass murder. I've checked my purchase history, and there are entries shown which don't show up in my library. The worst thing is, many entries in the purchase history are shown as Placeholder or Description Not Available, so I don't know what anonymous placeholder is connected to which game. Many of my older entries are connected to physical retail disc activations like Mass Effect: Andromeda; the only readable thing of it shown in my history is the deluxe upgrade of it I bought afterwards in your online store, and no sane people would buy an upgrade of a game no one owns. Makes no sense at all.

I'm really fed up. I never experienced anything like that from any big publisher's client. Even Ubisoft's The Crew de-activation (which was very questionable since they HAVE an singleplayer version for test purposes) is like a mosquito against THIS (this is like the asteroid which killed all the dinosaurs). At least, Ubisoft announced it, and it is still in my library, albeit listed under Inactive Games.

    Edit:
Nevermind. I was able to solve this problem by restarting the app. There must be something like a glitch.

  • Still having this bug. There must be a problem with the library display when the EA app starts up together with Windows. The only solution is currently to terminate the app and restart it, hence the tech team has to look into what causes the Windows startup problem. This is a severe problem which could shoo away lesser tech understanding costumers from using EA's app or even completely, since it's mandatory to use EA's app even with Steam. Or in other words: it impacts your income!

I can deal with it. Others can't. Only a friendly reminder.

I also had exactly the same issue right now. I got terrified since out of 15 games I have I could only see 6. Restarting the app helped. Very weird issue.

Hi! I was wondering if this ever got resolved for you! I know this was 2yrs ago but you are the only other person I’ve seen with this issue! All of my Sims content is gone since they transferred my account over to EA app from Origin, and I don’t know how to get it back.

I hope you found a resolution for your issue!
