Summarize your bug The EA app wouldn't start and I had trouble uninstalling it (the EA game wouldn't start either). So I deleted the entire application folder and everything related to it manually and then re-downloaded the installer, but when I want to run the installer it says the application is already downloaded and I can either run the application or fix it. After pressing the first option, nothing opens and no changes occur on the device, after selecting the repair option, the application seems to download and reinstall files, however, no files appear on the computer (EA folders as well), and finally a window is displayed with the message: "EA app encountered an error, it was not possible to complete the installation (error code: BE-8712)" there is also an error code FE, unfortunately I do not remember the numbers.
