Problem installing unravel two with gamepass PC
I have gamepass ultimate, which includes EA play, I have tried to install other games like dead space and unravel 1, and I have not problem on taht, but when I try to install unravel two , the donwload never start. I tryied installing the game via xbox app and EA Play beta app for PC. I alrady tried the solutions of this page: https://help.ea.com/es-es/help/ea/ea-desktop/troubleshoot-game-download-install-load-issues/. Nothing is working.
I had a similar problem and contacted EA support.
They gave me a bunch of steps to try but what did it for me was this one:
Clear cache to fix problems with your games
This is for the Beta EA App. Hope it helps you too.
