Hello,whenever I try to change my Profile Picture it does seem to change but it appears bugged on the website, the EA App and any game won't display any pfp at all because of it and it really buggs me.I couldn't find anything about it online, I tried every compatible file format, tried numerous pictures and tried a bunch of suggestions for other pfp related issues I found online and nothing works. It really annoys me and I do not understand why this happens or how to fix it.See attached pictures, 1 is on the website where I change it and 2 is in the EA App which displays the exact same broken picture, no matter what picture or file format I pick. Even trying to change it back to the picture I had before, which displayed normal, yields these results.Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?Thanks in advance. Hello. Can someone please help me? I have been having an annoying EA account issue for a long time now. Whenever i try to change my profile picture avatar on my account it just comes out as a blank white picture. i dont know why this is happening to me but it is for some reason. im providing a picture of this to show of whats going on. Can someone please help me to fix this? i dont know what to do and i just want to change my avatar again. I dont wanna be forced to make a new account just for this stupid issue ☹️

Hey @xoxoRouge have you tried on a different system to see what happens. Trying to recreate this here but unable to do so on my end

Same issue here.
Tried changing two days ago and again today and it just doesn't work. The image would upload correctly in the 'Edit My Avatar' window and resizing does work too but upon clicking 'Save' my profile picture would be just displayed as a broken image, the image is also broken on the EA app. Trying different image format doesn't work.

Hi all,

May I ask which browser you are using when trying to update/change your EA Account profile picture on https://profile.ea.com?

We've tested it here ourselves on Chrome and Firefox and the profile picture services (and changing them) seem to work normally. 🤔

@EA_Leeuw Hi,
since yesterday, I have the same problem as everybody else. Changing the pfp through the website (or the EA app) doesn't work at all: the image loads with zero issues but, when I try to save it, I just get the broken image icon. It doesn't matter if I select another picture, if I change its size, or if I choose the same picture as before, the pfp simply won't appear.
I'm currently using Chrome (cleared cache etc.) and, after reading your comment, I tried changing it again but still nothing.

I'm using Opera GX, I tried doing it on Chrome but unfortunately it still doesn't work.

@EA_Leeuw Having the same issue as well. Using Google Chrome to update the avatar on EA app, broken window icon displayed despite numerous allowed file extension attempts to display icon.

Im having a problem switching a profile picture in EA profile, whatever i add it comes out blank and i dont know how to fix it, is there a solution?

On a diffrent system? Well if you count my android phone as a diffrent system then yes, it also happens there. And i just discovered something really weird about this issue. When i left click on the image (blank avatar) and open it in a new tab it displays some sort of error. It says about acsess denied. Im not sure whats causing that or how to fix that but maybe that can give more information to fix it.
