Profile Picture on EA app and EA Account Portal Appear as Bugged

Hello, whenever I try to change my Profile Picture it does seem to change but it appears bugged on the website, the EA App and any game won't display any pfp at all because of it and it really bug...

Hi all,

May I ask which browser you are using when trying to update/change your EA Account profile picture on https://profile.ea.com?

We've tested it here ourselves on Chrome and Firefox and the profile picture services (and changing them) seem to work normally. 🤔

I'm using Opera GX, I tried doing it on Chrome but unfortunately it still doesn't work.

    @EA_Leeuw Having the same issue as well. Using Google Chrome to update the avatar on EA app, broken window icon displayed despite numerous allowed file extension attempts to display icon.

    Yep, just tried now it finally displays correctly on both the account settings and the EA app.
