Hi I am new member here and I am unable to change my profile picture of my EA account from browser which I launch from EA play beta desktop.
I have attached the image as .png.
I do upload the images from my local and when i crop it and save it, it doesn't appears and doesn't loads in my profile at all. I have tried it with multiple images and multiple browsers. None of the images are loading.

Hi, My problem is likely to yours, @papauch1ha but even worse.
When I want to load upp a Custom profile picture I can't see any sign for that, i can only get pics from eas choices. This problem has appeard to me after that ea changed their site. When I searched for my problem I can't find anyone who relates. Please explain, have I missed something or is it a bug in the system?
This is on my Laptop.
