    It shows as completed.

    I talked with EA help and apparently it was owned on my account but somehow still was available for purchase. Apparently a bug.

    Eventually I got a refund so I could repurchase the game and after that it worked.

In your account's order history, is the transaction for this pack showing as completed, failed, or processing?

    It shows as completed.

    I talked with EA help and apparently it was owned on my account but somehow still was available for purchase. Apparently a bug.
