BOUGHT Sims 4 DLC Greyed Out - 'Available on Windows' Error (Worked on Origin)

Its just greyed out in the ea app library and says its 'available on windows' but I play on mac and always have and have only had this issue since updating ☹️ CM: title edit.

    Hey all, 

    Apologies for the delay here, did you purchase these packs on the Epic Game Store or Steam?  If so, this is by design: both the Steam and Epic versions of Sims 4 are for Windows only.

    If you're seeing this behavior and you purchased your content via the EA app, please try clearing the EA app cache then contacting support at Help.ea.com if that does not resolve the issue.

I only own Cats & Dogs, yet whenever I go into the Sims 4 game and click on a different pack, it says I own that pack. This has happened for all packs, yet when I go into CAS and try to access content from said packs, it is grayed out (except for Cats & Dogs). Is there any possible way I could see which files are making this possible since I don't want to have any game issues if I buy another pack?

    Origin or EA App? Have you ever purchased or redeemed the packs in Epic or Steam?

      EA App, and I've never purchased anything outside of the app
