Re: EA Account Avatar Won't Update

I am. I can't get my PfP to update through the website. Just shows a broken image icon whenever I attempt too. The change shows in the EA APP but not through the website. 

Edit - within 10 seconds of sending the message my pfp finally updated.

Hi, I'm having the same issue too, my pfp on the website is different on the app.

did you fix it? i have the same issue, I change my avatar on the ea website, and it works. But in game and ea app its looks default avatar.

I am experiencing the same issue as well, word for word as OP said. Every time I try to reupload a new profile avatar, whether PNG, JPEG, even tried GIF, it only loads as a broken image icon, and doesn't display on the EA app.
