We shouldn't have to EA took over Origin which had less errors than this app I've been a member since 2011 and I've never ever had a failure on updates  I'm very annoyed EA are treating Simmers so ba...

If it is Windows security then there is a security flaw on the EA APP itself

Hi @Amber002,

What's going on exactly, are you seeing a specific error code when you try to update or launch The Sims 4 from the EA app?
