- @EA_Shepard It is an issue while log in the error code 10000 appears. Plz fix this. This is so frustrating
Nothing. It tries to launch the game throug Steam and the EA app opens and immediately closes. I try to launch the EA app on its own and the app is bugged. I get the yellow "this is taking longer than expected" banner at the top of the window and my Library page won't load at all. I don't use VPN, I'm not downloading anything in or out of the app, only other application I have open is Steam but it's not doing anything aside from trying to launch the game. EA games are the only ones that have this issue.

Hey everyone,
There are some updates being pushed through the EA App. With this one, can you make sure you run through the following real quick? Should only take a couple of minutes to do.
If you are using Steam, Repair any games you are launching here first.EA App
EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)If the game is in the EA App and not Steam, repair and update your game
Close the EA App
Close as many programs as you can that you have open on your PC.Delete Windows Temp Files
- Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
- Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
- Delete everything it allows you to delete
- Reboot the PC
If you have no updates to the app(s) or games after this, try to launch the game(s) again.
I JUST FIXED IT.
1. YOU NEED TO RUN EA APP UPDATER, IN THE EA FOLDER. ( ON WIN 10 CLICK ON WINDOWS SYMBOL IT WILL BRING THE LIST OF PROGRAMS AND OPEN EA FOLDER INSIDE IS THE UPDATER)
2. THEN SIGN IN.

Keeps saying Error Code: EC:10000
Won't even give me the opportunity to log in. Message keeps popping up over and over. These PC games are getting annoying. With all that you have to sign in to and load on your PC to play!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Haven't played madden yet!!!!!

Hello to all,
I am having the same issue with the error popping up every time I try to log in.
I tried everything that you guys suggested and more, but nothing worked.
I am not sure what to do anymore..... If fixing this issue is possible I'd love to know, because I'm losing hope honestly.

We are still getting these errors. Why can't this be fixed on your end? Hundreds of players are losing money we have spent on games. Nothing is fixing it! I cannot play my games due to EAs issues, this is cowpoop.
I'm very sorry to bother but I don't know how else to say something on here. I have been trying to fix this issue since 6 am this morning and it doesn't seem to be getting fixed and I don't feel like I'll ever be able to get someone to please help. Is the app having an issue again because of updates or something? Sorry again but please assist.
I still Get the EC 10500 error for days now.. and i tried What i Feel is Everything ….
