RESOLVED Outage Apr. 30 - May 1, 2024. "You Don't Have Access" Error in EA app.

Thanks for your reports.
Our teams have shared that the services are showing signs of recovery. This should mean that the "You don't have access" error when trying to launch games through EA Play (Pro) for PC EA app, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate x EA Play (XGPU), or games bought via PC EA app, Steam, or Epic, has been fixed.
Could you please try logging out of the EA app and Xbox app for PC, closing it, then logging back in to see if the games appear and launch without errors? If not, give an EA app App Recovery (👈 it's a hyperlink) a shot and try again.
