- @EA_Solaire I'm having this issue too, charged for the add-on and then do not see it in my collection to download. Asks me to purchase again when I pull up the add-on

Hi @30061369,
There was a brief issue with the EA app yesterday which is now resolved- please clear the cache for the app following these steps then check if you're able to download your pack by clicking The Sims game tile, and going to Manage-> Manage Add-Ons.
Please keep me posted on this!
- @EA_Solaire Just tried it again. Didn't work in the EA app. But it worked when I did it on windows, via the start menu. My problem is solved, thank you!
