Summarize your bug Any game cannot be downloaded. 
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to download the game
What happens when the bug occurs? The download gives me an error after staying on "Preparing..." for around two minutes (There's a problem with your download)
What do you expect to see? Download starts succesfully

Why I pay money for EA Pass and cant use it? I already tried everything (Clearing cache, choose different drives, reinstall EA APP, lower my UAC in Windows, limit download speed in Ea app, etc) etc)

Same issue! I can't get anything to download on EA App. I have NEVER had issues like this on any other platform. I try to download anything, and it says preparing for a few minutes, then boom download error. I have tried every troubleshoot step on the internet and nothing worked. THIS IS INSANE!

Glad i'm not the only one. Was really looking forward to playing F1 23. Shame.

Same here. Can't install Madden 24. Stuck preparing, the the same error everyone has bene getting for years it seems. Cleared caches, disabled IPv6, every supposed fix available here, reddit and anywhere else. Nothing.

Same here Just built a new pc and was excited to play madden 24 on game pass it says preparing to download and then says there was a problem with your download. have not seen a fix anywhere.

Same issue every game is endless preparing and never starts the install… did app recovery, uninstall reinstall, app cache clear… nothing works

I'm having the exact same issue, this is crazy that so many people have this issue for so long! Absolutely crazy!

edit: tried everything and what worked for me is, uninstalling the app.

Just lost a few hairs trying to do something as basic as downloading a game, this is a DOS for your own users get it together!
