Redeemed Code not showing up

Really annoying I cannot speak to anyone without posting in a forum! My FC24 Standard edition code was redeemed and the game has failed to show up in my library. I have tried reinstalling the ea app ...

I bought a key, from a site. I got the key and reedemed it in EA app. The key worked, but after reedeming my key, i clicked the other option, not the Download. The game is missing. The game was EA SPORTS FC24. Help me please ☹️

    @VolDesss my app crashed after redeeming then i booted it back up and there is no game in my library and the code has already been redeemed so it wont redeem again.
