Purchased The Sims 4 Lovestruck, redeemed the code however there is no option to download the game. In the EA app there is an option to pre order the game even though I've paid and redeemed the code. When I click on the Lovestruck add on when I'm in the sims it says I own the game but it needs to be downloaded.
Mine is exactly the same ☹️ Pre-Ordered on CD keys so I'm a little worried EA won't honour it!
I went on a help chat and the person says it isn't available until around 6pm UK time, so I'm hoping that after then it will work.
