Redeemed Code, Pressed Download, Nothing Happened

Almost relieved to know that it's not just me. I've never had this issue before when redeeming for an add-on - hopefully they can fix this along with the rest of the bugs and glitches going on in the game.

Lovestruck has been nothing but a mess...
