Refund content not re-purchasable
About a month ago I purchased some Sims 3 expansions through the EA app but refunded them due to some last minute financial problems. However, despite the successful refund, It says I still own and can download the content but it's not usable. If purchasing the content is required to re-access it then I would like to but there is no option to do so.
