Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? replace windows default shell(explorer) to others, like, steam,then launch game via steam or EA app. steps: 1.regedit 2.nav to HKEY_USERS\{your user ID}\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon 3.create a string named "Shell", value "D:\Games\Steam\steam.exe -gamepadui" 4.reboot, and system will launch steam automatic 5.launch need for speed heat or unbound 6.the game launch failed.

bug demo. current the default windows shell is steam. game won't launch.(every game works, just ea games won;t launch). note: there's no windows desktop loaded.
change default shell back to explorer. watch, after login, the windows desktop shows.
