Request to Change Email – Blocked Hotmail Account

My Microsoft (Hotmail) account, which I have been actively using for many years, was suddenly blocked for no reason, and since then, I haven’t been able to access it. I have filled out Microsoft’s recovery form many times with the correct information, but it always loops back without any progress. Since my old phone number is no longer active, I cannot receive the verification codes either. I even contacted my telecom provider to try to reactivate the number, but it was no longer possible. Because this Hotmail account is linked to my EA account, I’ve completely lost access to my EA profile as well. I have created over 30 support tickets regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any real help — most of the responses have been automatic or unhelpful. I honestly feel ignored and completely stuck at this point. I can provide any proof needed to verify ownership of my account — old passwords, payment history, ID, or any other verification you require. All I’m asking is to confirm that this account truly belongs to me and help me change the email address linked to my EA account so I can access it again. I’ve been using this account for years, and I just want to recover what I’ve built and return to playing my games. Please take this message seriously and help me resolve this issue.
