    It looks like reports of Error 500 messages have subsided.

    If you're still experiencing this issue, please perform an EA app App Recovery and try again.

    If you're still experiencing the issue after that, please let us know.

    I am still experiencing this issue I do EA app recovery and the app just closes and never opens again... I open it and I receive the same error... I am afraid to uninstall and reinstall the app due to the issues other people are having when they do the same thing.. REPORT ID # 5bd5fedd-7fb0-40d5-919c-99d80b5e5db3
