Summarize your bug Despite having bought it years ago and playing it on the EA app with no issue these past 2 weeks, last night when I tried to launch Dragon Age Inquisition the app began closing and opening itself repeatedly and had to be force closed with task manager. When I look in my library dragon age inquisition is missing and if I try to go to the dragon age inquisition store page I get a 404 error.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to launch dragon age inquisition from the EA app.
What happens when the bug occurs? The app opens and closes it's self and the only way to stop it is to force close. Game does not launch.
What do you expect to see? I expect Dragon age inquisition to launch.

Please describe Library games vanished and unavailable

Summarize your bug I just launched the EA app at the time of this issue. I start to see a couple of my owned games are not actually in my library, but also vanished. Those games are either "not purchased" or outright don't have a game page of their own. I want to make sure if anyone else experiences this issue, or server related.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Launch the EA app 2. observe the game library. 2.5 click on each game and see what the app says
What happens when the bug occurs? Technically cannot launch the game from the app, BUT can still be launch via file explorer / shortcut .exe
What do you expect to see? To see all my games recovered from this rare bug?

Basicly when i try to go to the dragon age inquisition in the shop there appears error 404

i tried restarting and reinstall EA app and it still do not work.

So I've been trying to access DAI on the new EA for about half an hour now, but DAI is not showing up on my library at all despite me having it installed in my PC. I tried to see if I could just find it manually by typing it but then when I click on the game I get a 404 error like if the page doesn't exist. Its not just Inquisition having this issue but Mass Effect: Andromeda as well, is there any way to fix it or is just another example of EA app being a garbage launcher? Because I payed for these games so its ridiculous I can't even access them in any capacity.

Yeah, same for me my Battlefield 4 is missing also Battlefield 5. 

I have the same problem with bf1 and bf4, bf5 working normally. I've created a ticket to support.

We are aware and working to get this fixed as soon as we can. We appreciate you bearing with us while we're looking into it. 

In the meantime, we've seen some reports that launching the game directly from the .exe may still allow you to play. If you're able to find the .exe under game folder/game/bin, give it a shot and see if you're able to launch it. 

Like many others, I've encountered an issue where a game I own, and that was currently installed, disappeared from the app library. I first did a full re-install of the app. That did not fix the issue. I next followed instructions from these boards to clear the cache through the app's interface. But when I do, more games disappear. I have never had another account, I've had this one for ten years and never changed it or used a different one. Some of my games are older as well and at least one of the ones that disappeared isn't even available for purchase through the app anymore. Why are they disappearing when clearing the cache? Is there anything I can do to fix it?
