Still going in JAN 2024. 

I believe this only affects AMD graphics cards. Nvidia based system does not do this. See attached image.

Actually... It works for me now...

And I have the PowerColor Radeon RX 7900 XTX Red Devil in my system.

Windows build version: 19045.3930

Can't remember where I see the EA app version.

        EA advisors - I have this problem too June 2024. Reinstalled ERA App, no luck.

        Please FIX.

        BTW where do I find the older versions of EA app to try?
