It sounds like you're logging in to the wrong account. The account you're posting with appears to be new as well so if that's the one you're logging in with, it wouldn't be showing any games you have on your main account. An advisor should be able to track this down for you. It's not something we can help with over Answers HQ so you'll need to contact support again.
