Sims 3 & 4 Issues

Question

Hey! I attempted to run Sims 4 &amp; it stated I was missing two kits &amp; couldn't load any of my saves. The kits were never purchased, they were apart of EA Play membership &amp; came along with I believe a Sims 2 pack. I still have an active membership.&nbsp;Then I attempted Sims 3 &amp; my save has a critical error not allowing me to load in. I also tried a new game &amp; Bridgeport is missing somehow from my game.&nbsp;&nbsp;I've wiped EA app cache, repaired both games, &amp; deleted localthumbcache from both files. Nothing is working.&nbsp;I cannot play either games. I do not know if this is an EA app error or what.

kattieisadino​&nbsp; You can still elect to play Sims 4 with missing packs.&nbsp; If you don't care about the missing content, just go right ahead.
For Sims 3, Bridgeport comes with the Late Night expansion, which is part of EA Play.&nbsp; Have you ever bought LN separately, or did you only ever access it through a subscription?&nbsp; Removing an expansion from an ongoing Sims 3 save&nbsp;does corrupt the save, so I would avoid doing that until LN is restored, or else start new saves instead.
