Sims 3 Island Paradise and Movie Stuff are both stuck in preparing and won't download.

I have tried:
Running App Recovery over a dozen times
Manually deleting the EA App's cache files and restarting the app multiple times
Uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App
Rebooting my computer multiple times
Reinstalling the Origin app and waiting while it verified all of my game files (I think this would work if I could get the pop up to go away that prevents any interaction with the Origin launcher)
