I honestly don't think you guys are even trying to fix this problem. It's been weeks. This is ridiculous, we just want want we paid for!
That's EA for you . . . This is not the first time I bought something and then was never able to play it. If there were any other way to play Sims 3, my fave game from childhood, I'd ignore EA altogether.

I wouldn't mind so much if the customer service I have received was useful. Ive been trying to get through to someone via emails, having someone constantly not listen to you and copy and paste troubleshoot links that sometimes are in a different language is exhausting, to say the least.

I've got this problem too. Nothing seems to get Pets to download, including the Origin thing, on both of my computers. Keeping an eye on this thread in the hopes that we get some kind of solution cause I don't know what else to do.

I’m having this same issue with 3 of my expansion packs, but I’m not even getting an error code. It’s just perpetually stuck preparing the download but never making any progress. 😞
