I honestly don't think you guys are even trying to fix this problem. It's been weeks. This is ridiculous, we just want want we paid for!
That's EA for you . . . This is not the first time I bought something and then was never able to play it. If there were any other way to play Sims 3, my fave game from childhood, I'd ignore EA altogether.
