Sims 3 expansion won't download

   I am having the same issue as everyone here since being forced to EA APP, but my two packs I'm having issues with are Sims 3 Pets and Sims 3 University Life. The help I received from the EA help team was not helpful and the troubleshooting didn't work. They told me I had to check again at the next update. There was an update for EA App a couple days ago an my games still will not download. These are things that I have spent a lot of money on, both CD and digital copies over the years. I want to play what I paid for and should not have to wait months or an ungodly amount of time because of something EA messed up. Can we get a timeframe for when this will be fixed? At least give us refunds or something if EA can't fix it.
