HEY THERE,
I literally had the same issue just now literally a few days after you posted this 02/17.
I had the same run around with EA support with the links to clear the cache, run as an administrator etc.
I found a work around by installing Origin and downloading the game that way!

I apologize for jumping into the conversation so abruptly, but I am literally desperate. I have the same problem with in to the future, how did you re-enable Origin? Thank you
